Obituary of Ann Marsh

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God” (Matthew 5:8)

On Thursday, November 3, 2022, Ann Margaret Marsh went to be with her Lord and Saviour, a day she was anticipating.   Ann was the beloved wife and best friend of 62 years to Richard Marsh and loving mother of Debbie (Richard), Rodney (Laura), and Glen (Julia).   Cherished Baba to Kaleigh (Richard), Keegan, Alana, Benjamin, and Ryan, and pet-Baba to Gromit, Marvin, Licorice, Ryder, Chewie and Milo.   Dear daughter of Martin and Mary Sekerak, and sister of Yolanka, Stephanie, Melan, Diane, Magda and Irenka.  Fondly remembered by her many nephews, nieces, friends and neighbours.   A model of humility, kindness and service to others, her passing will leave a huge void in their hearts for a long time to come.

The family would like to thank the team at North Lambton Lodge for their outstanding care of Ann, and to her NLL special friends Ora, Betty , and Joyce.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life, at DENNING’S OF FOREST, 9 James Street South, Forest, on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 3:00 pm.    Cremation has taken place, and her remains will be privately laid to rest at a later date.

Ann absolutely loved children and could be found on her hands and knees playing with them until she was no longer able.   In lieu of flowers, and in keeping with this, please consider making a donation to Sarnia-Lambton Youth for Christ (yfcsarnia-lambton.com) in her memory.
