Obituary of Agnes Wellington

Peacefully, on February 25th, 2009 at Fiddick's Nursing Home, Petrolia, Jean Wellington age 94 of Forest. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Wellington (1987), and loving mother of Ian (Bonnie) Wellington, Forest and Carol (Owen) Hagan, Corunna. Sadly missed by her seven grandchildren Wendy (Murray) Finch, Lisa (Scott) Milburn, Brent (fiancé Lesley MacLean) Wellington, Heather (Jonathan Gafuik) Hagan, Kerry, Kelly and Tara Hagan. Great-grandmother of seven. Sister of Douglas (Helen) Dew, Petrolia and the late Erma (2006) and Grant (2005) Dew of Forest. An inspirational woman who lived a long and healthy life, thriving on stubbornness, independence, scrabble games and telling it like it is. Forever keeping us warm in slippers, mittens and quilts. Funeral service will be held at the Forest Chapel of DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS (9 James St. South) on Saturday February 28th, 2009 at 1p.m. with visitation 2 hours prior (11am-1pm). Rev.
