Dear Mackey family our deepest condolences on the loss of Lori a sweet wife, mother and grandmother. I always remember the sweet kind laugh of Lori’s through the many hours spent at the arena when our girls skated together. She has such a passion for skating.. and her devotion for volunteering for the club and at other skating events. She showed such strong support for her children no matter what they were doing. Lori was such a fun person to be around on and off the ice. We grew up together on the ice and then stayed in touch later as she remained active in the skating world and at the section office. My deepest sympathies to her family. She was always talking about her families; how proud she was of each of you.

Dear Ralph, Melora, Cameron and Michelle, Our hearts are with you at this sad time. Lori was such an amazing friend and neighbour. From our days organizing the Mom’s and Tots First Monday Group, to ringing in the Thedford-Sylvan Handbell Choir, she was always ready to lend a hand and support wherever it was needed. Her incredible ability to remember the smallest of details, absolutely anyone’s name or where they lived was remarkable. Most of all, Lori’s commitment and love for her family was always her greatest priority. Lori will surely be missed and never forgotten. I only got to know Lori for a brief time when she came to work at Johnson's Sanitation. I knew as soon as I met her that she was a warm and caring person and was so happy to have gotten to know her in that brief period. Her, Louise and I made a great team! I so wish I had gotten to know her better. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.
