Obituary of Lyle Moffatt

Lyle Moffatt peacefully passed, surrounded by the love of his family on Sunday, June 26th, 2022. Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and exceptional friend. Left to mourn are his devoted wife of 56 years and a lifetime of memories, Ann Moffatt, his pride and joy, his children Paul (Lisa) Moffatt, Steve (Kendra) Moffatt, Tammy (Jeff) Bycraft and his adored grandchildren Cody and Ty Moffatt; Reagen, Peyton, Aubrey and Rowan Moffatt; Jessica, Jamie and Alissa Bycraft. Lyle is survived by his siblings Clare (Peggy) Moffatt and Joan (John) Bosch. Lyle will be greatly missed by his brother-in-law Doug (Joan) Caley, his sister-in-law Debbie (Bert) Bork, his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Marie Moffatt, his brothers Roger and Ken Moffatt and his father and mother-in-law Roy and Irene Caley.

The family would like to thank the nurses and volunteers at Watford Quality Care for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Lyle during his time there. 

Friends will be received at DENNING’S OF WATFORD on Wednesday, June 29^th, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at DENNING’S on Thursday, June 30^th, 2022 at 11 a.m. with a private interment to follow.
