To All of The Ford Family,
I am very sorry to just hear now of your mothers passing. I have many nice memories of the Ford family as neighbours growing up on Douglas line. Margaret introduced me to church when she invited me to go with her to Camlachie United and would pick me up on her way. I became involved in Sunday school and vacation bible school there because of her. She was a very kind person. Always welcome at their home I remember Arnold being larger than life, David rescuing me from an open pit I fell into, Peter hitting the baseball further than anyone else, and Evelyn giving us rides on a new mini bike that was the envy of all the neighbourhood children. May you all cherish wonderful memories of your mother as well.

Margaret Ford. Her very name brings so many childhood memories flooding back to me! My brother David and I spent many hours at the Ford's, so many happy times we shared! Margaret was like our second mother. Camlachie was the best place to grow up!
To David, Evelyn and Peter I send my deepest condolences. Your Mother was a treasure to all she met. Thank you, Margaret, for all of the memories you gave me. I will never forget you. ❤❤❤

This announcement took me back to my youth and growing up in the glow of the McRorie family. Warwick was populated by the eight daughters of William and Helen McRorie along with their husbands and their singular son Wilbur and his family.
How lucky we all were to be a part of that clan - and especially the Fergusons. Memories of dinners at the table of Stacey and Olive and piano lessons with Joyce. Years! Thanks for my continuing embrace of music. ❤️
Margaret always seemed the intellectual of the family (mirroring her mother?) and Stacey always proffered sage advice.
My family, Bill and Grace Cousins revered this Ferguson family and their friendship.
Margaret’s death marks the end of that generation of this family. I know the next generations are infected with the same curiosity about life and the many wonders to be explored.
Blessings to you all.
Shine on!

Dear David, Peter, & Evelyn,
Our sincere sympathy to you and your families. Margaret was such a dear, sweet, caring woman, and we are forever grateful for the generous acts and many visits she and cousin Arnold made to my mom & dad, Leonard and Jean Brown, during their years in the Lambtonian Apts. in Petrolia.

Margaret was a great friend of my mother, Ethel, for many, many years. I also visited with Margaret often when she lived in Forest and then in Watford. She always had a smile and some humour to share. She treasured her grandchildren and liked to tell us about them. My condolences to all of the family.
