I attended the grave site of my Aunt Lena's yesterday and neglected to visit after. I had work commitments and sorry I did not express this at the time. It was good to meet you folks esp Donna. I hope our emails can keep each other in touch. I have been thinking of the times Aunt Lena and Uncle Uni came to our home with fresh double yolked eggs and many fresh vegtables-what treats they were and special people. Our family has lost a special lady.

We have never met but my father(Roy)was Uni's brother. I remember going to the farm to see them with my dad and mother (Hattie). We use to love to visit there when we were kids. I hadn't seen her for a long time but my brother-in-law Mike Papp (Donna Church's husband) who used to help her out with some fixing in the house would tell us stories that Aunt Lena had told him. He used to love to visit with her. She had a grand sense of humour. Our thoughts are with you at this time. Carol Duder (Church)

My condolences to Mrs. Church's family. I remember Mr. and Mrs. Church to be very gentle and kind people. My father Duncan A McGregor was their mailman on rural route 2. Mrs Church would always remember my father at Christmas with a generous box of home made cookies. I have a sympathy card from Mrs. Church to my father stating she would always remember her first mailman my grandfather William McGregor who suffered a fatal heart attack putting his team away in the barn after delivering the mail in a blizzard. I wish i had been able to meet with Mrs. Church in later years. I can only imagine all the events Mrs and Mr Church saw in their lives. i am sure that they both went straight to heaven. All the best to the family Sincerely, Christena McGregor
