Hooks, Mr. Jonathan Erik Douglas Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at the age of 30 years. Beloved son of Jacqueline Hooks and Paul Hachey. Brother of Bradley Hooks, Jasinda Hachey, and Dianne Hooks. Visitation will take place at DENNINGS OF FOREST, 9 James Street South, Forest, on Monday, October 17, 2016, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
