You don't know me; Doug was my 1st. cousin and I have many memories of visiting Doug, Jim and Catherine on Uncle Jack & Aunt Ruth's farm MANY years ago, with my parents, Don & Irene, and sisters, Betty and Karen.
Fran, I recall our grandmother (Aunt Ruth's mother) mentioning you - she must have liked you or she wouldn't have said anything, that was how it was with many older folks back in the day.
I met Doug and Jim, after many years with no contact, at my sister Betty's memorial service in Parkhill in 2015. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness in coming.

Ever since we had the pleasure of meeting Doug, we've cherished his friendship and laughter and the joy he brought to the Thursday happy hour at our get together in Florida each week.
