Obituary of Martin Schoeley

Schoeley, Martin Suddenly on Friday July 18, 2014 Martin Schoeley of Thedford passed away at the age of 37. Martin was the highschool sweetheart of his loving wife Jenny. He was the very proud Papa to his four children Felix, Simon, Oliver, and Anna. He will be remembered with love by his parents Werner and Margaret Schoeley and mother and father in-law Bert and Mary Walker. Martin is also survived by his siblings Albert (Tanya) Schoeley, Chris (Dana) Schoeley, Susi (Justin) Muller, and Ryan (Brooke) Walker. Martin is the cherished uncle of Stephanie, Dominik, Christina, Daniel, Sophia, Arianna, and Isabella Schoeley. Martin is most remembered for his devotion to his family and faith, his love of the land, hunting and the great outdoors. He was business savvy and always up for a good debate. Visitation will be held at St.Christopher’s Catholic Church (68 Union St.) in Forest on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated also at St.Christopher’s Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 1pm with Father Tom Donohue and Father Tony LaForet as celebrants. Interment to follow at Baptist Cemetery in Thedford, located across from the Home Farm. Condolences may be left online at www.denningfuneralhome.com. Charitable donations can be made to the Parkinson Society or Kidney Cancer Canada. Arrangements entrusted to the Forest Chapel of Denning Directors (519-786-2401).
